Don’t over invest your time with a person who isn’t willing to invest their time into you. Texting should be fun and adventurous, and most importantly used to set up “dates” Don’t over text someone you’re interested in, especially if it’s very early in the dating stage. Leave them hanging for a day or two, I don’t mean don’t reply to their messages if they text you. But once you say goodbye one day/night. Leave it like that for a few days, get them thinking about what you’re doing. This makes you seem much less needy and more scarce, if she is seeing other guys (which, if she is attractive, she most likely is) Sure it stings, but nothing you can do about it and being needy and always keeping tabs on her, will push her into someones else’s hands.

This last text technique has really worked well in the past for me and for my students. Basically, you want to qualify her and call her out in a funny way for not wanting to hang out with you. You can say something like, “What’s up sweetheart? Are you going to hang out this week, or are you going to keep being a Diddler?” Now, before you laugh and say, what a ridiculous thing to say, hear me out.

You all seem way too needy. It’s okay though, we all get that sometimes. Work on improving yourself first, before you try and bring another person into your life. Sure, easier said than done and we all sometimes crave the opposite sex. it’s natural. But overthinking and over analyzing every little thing you say, or every little thing she/he says is slowly killing your chances. This is hard to overcome, I, myself am still working on it constantly.
Texting her to meet up with you is pretty straightforward. You want to initiate a conversation before just asking if she wants to hang out with you. You want to text her, get a couple of texts going back and forth, and then text her about meeting up. For the first text with a girl, you want whenever possible to bring back what’s known in the dating world as “callback humor.”
Another important thing a text like this does is to make you seem like the one in control, not her. You show her that you’re strong enough to say something as challenging as this, stand by it, and put the ball back in her court to react to it. Finally, a text like this will most likely make her laugh. When she reads it and sees what an outlandish statement it is, she’ll probably laugh a little. It’s a funny line, and one she probably wouldn’t get too often from guys. (If she’s more of an uptight woman, go ahead and throw a “smiley face” or a “lol” at the end of it. You can also interchange the word “diddler” with any other noun of your liking—anything that you feel would be funny and challenging at the same time. I like this particular word because it really isn’t all that offending and blatantly comes across as a joke rather than something a little harsher that she might take the wrong way.)
okay i just dont know what i am doing wrong. there is this girl and shes a year older than me and me and her have talked on and off but i wanna be something for real with her and i have to get her to fall for me again she goes to the same school as me and always smiles at me in the hallway. i cant tell if shes just being nice but i try to text her and sometimes she does answer so i wait for her to answer and after about 3 hours i try again and i do that one more time sometimes but if she doesnt answer i try the next day. i told her i miss her at night and it worked but now but she barely answers me…. i just dont know how to get her to fall for me

Lol hahaha I have to laugh I’ve accidentally did all these things way before I saw this and so far so good she’s said she loves me and I love her not much to say decides be cute while texting her hell ask for a picture every now and then and draw her as an animal or something and compliment her after you ask for picture with a cute TXT such as “i wanna see your pretty face” everything should go fine but be yourself apparently girls love it when I do

#8 Give her a pet name. Pet names are very personal and unique. If you want the relationship to take the next step, you need to create a personal bond between both of you. And the best way to do just that is by giving her a pet name. Personalize the relationship both of you share and it’ll bring both of you closer. [Read: How to choose a perfect and unique nickname]
What in the case when it is a long time kind of a friend, and you sent her a long well composed letter in email, in a nice manner but dealing with the relationship between the two of you- so kind of a “though” issue for a guy, and you kindly asked the person to take her time thinking, but you definitely expect a reply/reaction. She did not reply in over 2 weeks, and she has a history of trying to avoid confrontation esp on emotional matters, however the contact was generally nice, and on practical issues she always replied messages?

I’d recommend not to wait to long to text the first time, either. Generally there is also nothing wrong about picking up the phone and just call! Seriously. We like guys with guts, texting all the time is – sorry – girlish – and this article shows you are over-strained with it 😉 – as first mover you chose your terrain, move where you feel comfortable. Be present, be there, show up, expose, we like to hear your voices.

Always saying “I was so busy but found that minute now to write to you” – personally scares me off. It’s snobbish. It makes me think: “Well we are in the hot phase – and the guy does not really make me feel like I am sooo important: first work, second gym, third friends – I can imagine where this will lead to and how I will feel like in a couple of months…not good.
I could go on and on. Some of the advice in this post is okay in some sense, but most of it is pretty horrible. Always be yourself, don’t try and be someone you’re not to impress him/her because sooner or later it’ll come out. Work on your negatives E.G: Neediness, clingy, obsessiveness etc….And remember failing isn’t failing if you learn from it…that’s now called a win. I’m open to comments if people need some advice.
I need urgent help. I have this girlfriend I was dating, before she traveled abroad to study, we promised to get married to each other. I love her so much that am so afraid to lose her. she said am too clingy, she blocked me on whatsapp today after we had some arguments although she’s still my friend on facebook, please someone tell me what to do, I don’t want to lose her. before she blocked me she said am tripping and being a psycho, am so confused.
For a while, you bite your tongue. After all, nobody wants to be "that wife" or "that husband." You look the other way and pretend not to notice or be bothered. You force yourself to not ask who your spouse is texting and not show how worried or hurt you are. You lay awake and stare at your partner's phone, wishing you could look through it but not wanting to cross that line.
Ask the girl questions about herself, such as her hobbies, what sorts of music she likes, and what she did over the weekend. Try to care about what she says, even if it does not sound very interesting to you. Lastly, compliment her achievements and looks, but only if she mentions them (ie: comments on a test score or shows you a picture). If you compliment her too much, you might come off as creepy instead.
Even though flirting is a big part of dating, it’s often easier said than done. Will you say the wrong thing? Will you come off as cheesy? Will they misinterpret your motives? And flirting over text message can be even harder, considering your crush can’t hear your tone or see your facial expression. But there are actually a lot of positives to flirting over text. For starters, you can take your time to say the perfect thing. And the barrier may actually allow you to open up more than you would in person.
