Could there please be a blog post on how to apply the principles of being feminine and high value to a long term live-in relationship? I love this blog, and it’s helped me so much (thanks Kat!), I just haven’t seen much on this topic and would love to learn more (I also am pretty broke right now, so reading the blog is all I can afford at this time, even though I have bought the book).
Another thing you could say is, “Hey, Julie, how are you? Haven’t talked to you in a while, been wicked busy lately, but I’m getting some time off this week and would love to hear from you!” Something like this shows her that you’re busy but again opens the door for her to message you. You always want to seem like you’ve been doing a lot of things but at the same time are messaging her because you’re getting some time off and would like to spend a bit of it with her.

To lighten the mood again for something that seems serious, you might say to a woman, “Yeah, I just got home from the gym. They had to kick me out because I started lifting up the side of the building lol.” Just saying something ridiculous like this could get a laugh out of her, and the placement of that “lol” at the end of the sentence clearly tells her you’re joking around as opposed to just being weird. Take that “lol” out of the sentence, and it really just comes across as strange. But when you keep it in, it shows that you’re just making a joke out of something boring.
I’m 14 and I tried this on a girl who I deeply loved. She’s my neighbor too!!! I’m shy of talking to girls I like and try to stay as far away from them as possible. So I got a Facebook when I turned 13 (I would have gotten it earlier but my parents wouldn’t let me) and it automatically downloaded her phone number into my address book on my phone. Jackpot I thought. So I started texting her using these steps and there was no response. So I tried step #12 and I finally got a response. “Keep dreaming, Gabe. Keep dreaming.” So I rate it a 1 out of 1,000,000,000!!!!
Referring to someone you just met as “hun/sweetheart” seems borderline creepy to me. It’s too superficial. If I received this reference towards me in a text before even a second date, I would not answer, or if I answered I’d let the guy know “thanks but no thanks”. Perhaps that’s just me. Instead, in the first text you can just refer to me by my name. Subsequently, you don’t really need to address me directly, just say “Hey” then continue on with your text. After a couple of successful dates (meaning you were both smiling and/or laughing at times, and both seemed to enjoy the dates) the nicknames and cute references like “sweetheart” will feel more natural and fitting.
#8 Give her a pet name. Pet names are very personal and unique. If you want the relationship to take the next step, you need to create a personal bond between both of you. And the best way to do just that is by giving her a pet name. Personalize the relationship both of you share and it’ll bring both of you closer. [Read: How to choose a perfect and unique nickname]

These habits carried over to text messaging, and as more and more adults started texting, some of them followed a lot of the same routines as the younger generation of texters had. They intentionally misspelled words, perhaps as a way of being cool or as a way of fitting into the social norm that was developed by the younger generation of texters. (This, of course, is all just a personal theory of mine; nonetheless, my hope is that this trend ultimately stops.)
I could go on and on. Some of the advice in this post is okay in some sense, but most of it is pretty horrible. Always be yourself, don’t try and be someone you’re not to impress him/her because sooner or later it’ll come out. Work on your negatives E.G: Neediness, clingy, obsessiveness etc….And remember failing isn’t failing if you learn from it…that’s now called a win. I’m open to comments if people need some advice.
Using “lol” is a similar thing I like to do and recommend. It’s basically the same idea as the smiley face and can also be used to lighten the mood. A good “lol” placed in a text message shows a woman you’re making a joke. It’s not literally meant to mean that you’re “laughing out loud,” but it has transformed more into meaning that you’re joking or find something funny. (The same thing could be said for using “haha” as this is interchangeable with “lol.”)
Before I found this website I was texting this girl and I was using step #12 like sending kissy faces to her when I told her goodnight and she sent them back. So If anyone was wondering some girls do like that. Actually most. But everytime I text her she takes a long time to reply. I have even heard some of her friends say she takes a long time to reply to them too. Idk what to do or why she does it.
Hey guys I’m hoping someone can help me out with the situation I’m in, I met this girl one night and we went back to her place stayed up for hours talking and in the morning I grabbed her number. Me and her are both 25 and she has a five-year-old daughter she works night shift and having a kid I understand she’s really busy. so I texted her in the evening and she keeps the messages short. I feel we had a good initial connection and if there is such thing as love at first sight this would be it 🙂 I haven’t text her for a couple days now, any advice that people can give me would be appreciated

Hey guys I have been dating a girl for 2 months we broke up because i didnt want to compromise but I contacted her again telling her I miss her and so on. Then she said I would regret getting back with her and stuff, but never told me why she really didnt want to get back, until my friend told me that I broke her ego and trust so she didnt want to get back with me. is getting her back possible and what must I do thanks.
It seems as if i am following the right path, but who has time for slight slick moves.its a waste of time for us both and alot of pressure. I have other friends but it dont matter among the situation of us two always communicating and hanging out. (Texting and sharing) my confidence is well known but she see me for some reason as a close brother, not. What do I do next? I tried staying away off the scene for a while as if ive been out somewhere, not.I tried waiting five minutes before texting back. Im say she maybe wants secure-ness. Can you or any one level me on the next step without outbreaks.
This book should be required reading for all men before they’re allowed to talk to women. The more I use the attitude and tips that you wrote in your book, the more women respond to me. It’s amazing. Who knew that you could actually learn to be more successful with women from a book? And your two bonus reports are truly amazing. They are probably the most profound insights about meeting women that I’ve ever seen or heard of…

Oky this girl I supper different but then I will try to use this on her. Never liked her 1st but when time passed I started getting felling for her. Tried SMs’s she used to respond but then I stopped so go her on BBM so I’m out of options. I’m a popular kid at school so I think she doesn’t like me coz she thinks I’m a player so please help me out!!!!
Take note of how long your conversations last. If they're long, maybe even lasting a few hours, then there's a chance she likes you! If you think she's putting just as much effort into continuing the conversation as you are, that's also a good sign. Don't forget to take a break on always texting her first. If she texts you after a few days, then it could mean she longs for you to talk to her or she's thinking of you. If you can, see how much she texts or how much she usually texts other friends and see if you're special to her. Try to let her know that you text her more than other people if you can; it will make her feel special!

Typing errors are common when you are texting someone. So, in case your woman texts you and it has some of these errors, you can use it to your advantage. Pull her leg for those typing errors and make the relationship between you two jovial. But do not overdo this, lest she will start seeing you as her grammar teacher and not someone who is interested in her.

My only remark: I’d personally not wish to hear that he is soooo busy and has been too busy to call me before (see above – oh, this might be the reason why I have not answered your texts 😉) but I understand the intention to be not romantic but “laid back”, if I’d walk in your shoes. But from a girl’s perspective: you want to be laid back… why again? Because you feel like an idiot if she says no? And then you can say “Oh I really was not interested and just called because I was bored”. (?) No, really I personally don’t get it. From my experience guys who really dare, expose and are courageous are always appreciated more than these “cool/busy guys” (girls know instinctively if you are REALLY busy or just making it up to seem more interesting 😉 – trust me on this, we have to care for babies – instinct is our job). So don’t be afraid, after all men want sex, OK got it, but girls want sex, too – so what’s the point. It’s OK to ask a date. If she says no she is not worth it since she does not SEE you – another girl will, don’t worry.
I know the coming up is a killer argument for every sane and romantic action developing between a man and a woman but if you really want to understand a woman you have to keep in mind biology. While a man basically wants to get his “Seeds” (let’s say nicely <3) into the world out there a women biologically spoken (and we are all slaves to our hormones) is looking for a guy who is a good hunter (mammoth no other girls), who feeds her, takes care of her and her future children (sorry guys but this is the original basic reason why people have sex) – I know stone age has passed (has it really?). Well, take this as an inspiration only, please.
These texts will make her want you more and more. They’re more of the natural timing texts between friends would be. At the same time, they build interest in you because you’re getting back to her as part of your normal day, unlike most guys who’d text her back right away. During this time, she’ll wonder what you’re doing, why you’re not like all those other guys she talks to, and why you aren’t texting her right away. It works great.
Even though flirting is a big part of dating, it’s often easier said than done. Will you say the wrong thing? Will you come off as cheesy? Will they misinterpret your motives? And flirting over text message can be even harder, considering your crush can’t hear your tone or see your facial expression. But there are actually a lot of positives to flirting over text. For starters, you can take your time to say the perfect thing. And the barrier may actually allow you to open up more than you would in person.
