Unless and until someone gives the facts on the number of teacher retirements or teachers leaving the job on their own (perhaps even going on LTD who need to be replaced until they return), the facts are incomplete. I perceive (not only due to a fund which we don't really know how it works to backstop layoffs) that teachers will not lose their jobs. Rightfully so, there will be fewer teachers in the future, but that doesn't imply teachers lose their jobs today. And for elementary grades, only a few of them had class sizes reduced by 1 - ONE!!!
i have been friends with this one girl, and i have liked her since the very first day i met her, i then told her how i feel about her and she said she feels the same way. we had a few moments, not too serious moments but when i asked her to take our friendship to the next level she turned me down. So what should i do to try win her over completely?
Texting her to meet up with you is pretty straightforward. You want to initiate a conversation before just asking if she wants to hang out with you. You want to text her, get a couple of texts going back and forth, and then text her about meeting up. For the first text with a girl, you want whenever possible to bring back what’s known in the dating world as “callback humor.”
I’m 14 and I tried this on a girl who I deeply loved. She’s my neighbor too!!! I’m shy of talking to girls I like and try to stay as far away from them as possible. So I got a Facebook when I turned 13 (I would have gotten it earlier but my parents wouldn’t let me) and it automatically downloaded her phone number into my address book on my phone. Jackpot I thought. So I started texting her using these steps and there was no response. So I tried step #12 and I finally got a response. “Keep dreaming, Gabe. Keep dreaming.” So I rate it a 1 out of 1,000,000,000!!!!
The king of all texting fouls, “crack texting” —as Masters defines it—means sending multiple messages without any or equal response. Frequency is the most powerful component in her view of you. Inability to set the pace will make or break your situation. The rules to live by: one text at a time, take your time, and don’t answer her every text. Otherwise, expect her to delete your number.
Continued inaction or letting the texting continue -- perhaps out of fear of your partner's reaction -- only increases the chances that your partner will begin to see you as a nagging barrier to the exciting and fresh-faced relationship that he or she enjoys via text messages. Texting creates a false sense of intimacy between texters. Within weeks, they may feel that they have formed a deep bond. Too often what begins as a cautious "hi...was thinking of u" turns into "i miss u" and then "can you meet again tomorrow?"

With the advancement of technology, it has become way easier to seduce anyone, anytime. Text messages are ways of expressing emotions and feelings in the best possible manner. If you are someone who is shy and cannot express his feelings face-to-face, then you can probably utilise text messages to your advantage. Without feeling awkward, you can express your love to the married woman you like.
Hi, I appreciate you taking your time in writing this article, but there is one thing I want to critique. Being a girl myself I hate it when guys ignore/don’t read my texts, playing hard to get is fine, but don’t play hard to get over texts. My friend dumped her boyfriend because he ignored her texts for weeks. If you want to wait a while before texting, only wait a day or two. I agree with basically everything else. Good job.
Know when it's time to end the conversation. If you want to keep your girl interested, then you should stop your texting sessions at the right time, or she'll get bored with your lengthy exchanges. Whether the girl seems busy or if you simply have nothing left to say: it's important to know when to stop texting her and try again later. Here are some signs that you should end the conversation:[4]

Don’t over invest your time with a person who isn’t willing to invest their time into you. Texting should be fun and adventurous, and most importantly used to set up “dates” Don’t over text someone you’re interested in, especially if it’s very early in the dating stage. Leave them hanging for a day or two, I don’t mean don’t reply to their messages if they text you. But once you say goodbye one day/night. Leave it like that for a few days, get them thinking about what you’re doing. This makes you seem much less needy and more scarce, if she is seeing other guys (which, if she is attractive, she most likely is) Sure it stings, but nothing you can do about it and being needy and always keeping tabs on her, will push her into someones else’s hands.

#1 Night time is the best time to text a girl. If the girl you like is comfortable with texting late into the night, you’ve already got the edge you need. Start by texting her late in the evening and look for ways to keep the conversation going when she slips into her bed. There’s something so sexy and romantic about a quiet night that’ll only work in your favor. [Read: How to flirt with a girl by behaving like a friend]
